Moonstone offers facilitation services for the following:

Team Building / Retreat

The facilitator will assist you to plan your next retreat or team building event. Services may include: consultation on the content of the sessions and drafting of agenda; expert advise on logistics; facilitation of sessions where appropriate; recording of information; summary; follow up meeting.

Team Meetings

Skilled facilitation of meetings includes: leading a focused and productive session, adhering to the agenda, ensuring full participation of attendees and disciplined timekeeping. The facilitator will also create a safe and open environment that will encourage information sharing and flow of creativity. When necessary, the facilitator will act as "peacemaker" to reestablish order and move forward.

Strategic Planning

The facilitator will lead the group through the stages of strategic planning including: the definition of organizational values, vision and mission; development of SMART goals and objectives; formation of an action plan.
