Coaches are often not trained therapists. Coaches presume their clients are healthy and have the creativity and ability to make choices and decisions. Coaches do not give advice.
Coaching focuses on a goal: wellness, living consciously, life and career changes, transitioning, finding purpose. Coaching is forward thinking, a springboard. It celebrates the client's successes and discoveries.
As your coach, I will partner with you to help you define your needs, values and goals. I will give you the tools with which to explore the possibilities. I will challenge you to stay true to your "agenda" and to consider all avenues as opportunities.
- I will not judge you, nor present myself as an expert on your life.
- I will not tell you which path to choose. I will encourage and motivate you to make those choices and support you to be the best you can be.
- I will always tell you the truth.
- I will listen.
- When you are losing momentum I will not give up on you. I will be the keeper of your goals, your flame, and keep it burning for you.
- I will hold you accountable for designing the life you want.
